Nice Apartments but Terrible Crime!

I love my apartment but the crime rate is horrible. The units are upgraded with beautiful crown molding and and modern fixtures. Very spacious and affordable! The only problem is the constant car break-ins.

Unity in the city!

Columbia at Sylvan Hills, is located in Atlanta, however there are so many amenities nearby that make this location to die for. Everything is about 15 mins away, including downtown, and the airport. The apartments themselves are beautiful too, with updated finishes, and the rent is very affordable. Columbia at Sylvan Hills caters to all walks of life, and is handicapped accessible because this property offers a wonderful elevator, which I feel is a bonus.

Access To Everything

Affordable Rent. We love the security, gated community. 4 level building elevator access. Laundry room located in your apartment and also on your floor. Marta station located across the street Swimming pool fitness center. Last but not lease big beautiful apartments and lot of closest space. You're love living here too!
