The overall cleanliness of the common areas within the apartment complex has noticeably declined. The hallways on my floor, particularly near the trash chute or stairway, are often dirty with spills and debris that remain uncleaned for days from unattended children and frequently have overflowing trash bins and dirty machines. The grounds around the buildings are littered with trash and pet waste, which is both unsightly and unsanitary. The community is very nice and is close to our jobs and schools. The staff in the leasing office are such a pleasure to deal with.. they really made the move in process smooth.

So it's 2016 if anybody wants an update and I can still say these are decent, but not so good apartments. Trash builds up all over the place, maintenance takes forever to fix things, and for some reason the AC smells like eggs once in a while. Changed the filter (no solution). It apartments are nice, but the floor is thin. My downstairs neighbor actually came up because he heard pounding (but I was only pounding meat for dinner). If you luck up and get a good apartment that doesn't have any... problems then it's a good place. Not to far from downtown, midtown, Buckhead, I-20, I-285, and I-75/I-85.......washer and dryer on sight hardly work. Read More

This apartment is very home, I enjoy they very, access to the trails, the park. Its a family oriented neighborhood. The Westside Charter school is right next to it. Its great to hear kids outside playing in a safe environment.

I Truly Love our apartments at Columbia Crest inside West Highlands subdivision , our location is easily accessible to downtown but without all the traffic which is great. The only reason i rate it a 3 is because the customer service is not the best especially when trying to put in a maintenance order or call office to ask a general question. You normally have to call like 5-10 times to get a answer because their poorly staffed, but its getting increasingly better and I've been here close to 2... years now. All in all i do love it because its like home and in a great location and the price is great right now for this area !!! Read More
