Very affordable and I've never had any issues and the ones I did have were addressed immediately. Office staff has always been friendly.

Roach Infested
Heavy roach and pest issue. Pest control services are provided, but does not solve issue at all. The roaches are gone for about a week or two but they always come back. Nicely renovated but I am disgusted by the persisting pests. I would not recommend living here!

Took my application fee and stopped answering
Did the tour and everything. Was told that all I had to do now was the application and send off my bank statements/paystubs and I’d get a call from someone soon. No call. No email. Just 75 down the drain. If yall needed it that bad I woulda just gave it to yall.
