Easy living

I’ve been living here since the middle of May 2024. It has been a really pleasant experience so far. Nicole, the property manger takes the time to get to know her residents and really cares. I have had a few issues with maintenance in my unit, but it always gets resolved within a timely manner and is communicated very well. The grounds are kept clean and tidy for a wooded community. It’s quiet and all my neighbors are nice. Parking area is well lit and there seems to be improvements all the... time. The only time I haven’t felt safe is when a possum was warning me he was close…lol. Of course I called Nicole and she had animal control out setting up traps.

New property management is awful

This used to be a very good complex until they changed property management. They don’t fix leaks or broken AC units, they don’t answer the phone or respond to emails and they are never in the office.

Really nice Renovations

I’ve been searching around the area and i just keep coming back to Elmwood. It’s a such a nice little community! I had a tour and I can honestly say it’s a breath of fresh air when you see a renovated unit that has been ACTUALLY renovated!!! Everything looks brand new and modern!

The changes are great.

I've visited this place before and I just decided to go back because I'm searching for somewhere to move to and I can truly say that Elmwood is now at the top of my list, I see that you guy's have made a lot of changes and I have to say that it looks like a different place and the remolded unit is such a sight for soar eyes, You guys will definitely be seeing me soon.

Can’t wait to live here!!

My Visit to Elmwood was amazing. I had a tour and the inside was soo nice and clean it's a very modern feel I was surprised at how beautiful the renovated unit was!. The manager Bailey was really detailed in explaining what to expect and the application process!!
