Anytime you talk to them they have a massive attitude problem. There are roaches. They do not clean common areas. Our fire alarm/the building’s fire alarms have been going off at random times for weeks. The apartments should be listed as half the rent they are now: they are nice, but the rental price is not at all proportional to the state of the apartments. Emory Point constantly takes advantage of their residents.

Nice apartments close to Emory and CHOA. Guest parking is a nightmare though. At best, they park in the 7th floor of the garage on the opposite side of the complex. However, it often doesn’t work well which they just blame on the company that manages the parking. Your guests will hate parking here.
