I think it a good location for colleges students, in a safe area. Most stores are within walking distance and you have an opportunity to meet students across multiple colleges!

Nice residential apartments for college students, Built in desks are a great addition. Good space in bedroom and all modern furnished options provided. Lobby could be improved especially the floor and surrounding area.

It was amazing to be at flats, the apartment was located near my campus and the commute was good. The stores like IKEA and target are nearby so it is of help. The staff was pretty nice with maintenance issues
