Was okay when i first moved. Declined since
Was a better experience when i first moved in, but now, the quality of the building has gone down. Nothing really works. You can’t grill, buzz in guests. NO GUEST PARKING HARDLY EVER. NO concierge as advertised. They say the leasing agents can assist, but that is not their job. Who is at the desk when an agent is on tour with another guest? Elevator is always broken, So if you live on floor 17 it will take about 10 mins for you to even get to your car. There’s homeless people in the stairways,... oh and one last thing, your car may get broken into even though you’re paying $50 per month for parking. I raised awareness about lack of security and days later I have my car broken into. They sent an email regarding the incident, but I have not seen any new security measure put in place to keep residents safe. It’s about the principle.Amenities cost too much for the quality residents are receiving.
They have posted “NO AIR BNB” but still entertains it. Travelers stop by leasing office all the time regarding air bnb, as well as knowing where the key drop offs are. Is the bottom dollar more important than the safety of ACTUAL LEASED RESIDENTS?
Agents are nice mainly, but one thing that rubbed me the wrong way is posting pictures of a former residents belongings in the parking lot after being evicted, then attaching the pictures in email saying “this could be you” when clearly everyone driving in the deck can see it. Very unprofessional
Respectfully an account credit is null. I’d rather the issues get addressed than an account credit. I have already listed my complaints to MGMT
