Called inquired about an apartment told that one will be available at the end of this month and to do an application been calling for 3 days getting the run around now getting told that he can’t get in the system like how you can’t get in the system and check on my application

I have always found it questionable when people post reviews on apartment they never lived in but I guess you'll have to go through some ridiculous experience. I recently transferred with my job out of state to GA. Finally decided on Greenbriar Commons after viewing the apartment. All I had to do was pay the application fee(non-refundable), upon approval proceed to signing a lease. First, the staff barely answer phone calls let alone return voicemails. So after 3days, no call back. After several... calls on the 4th day, the lady(staff)Nikia tells me; they're still waiting on my rental history but refuses to call my previous apartment to follow up on "whatever documents they claim to have sent out" because apparently they paid a third party(with my money)so she can't do nothing about but wait. After 7-8 days(again after a couple of unresponsive voicemails) Nikia now tells me she sent out a new document to the fax number I had to obtain from my previous apartment. So I asked if she followed up with a phone call to let them know and also speed the process; she didn't! even after I politely asked her to.The next day, after several calls I finally get hold of her only to tell me she's still waiting on the apartment and she still couldn't get the hold of anyone on the phone. So how come when I call, they pick up on the first call? Anyways after this whole ridiculousness I realized I had wasted 2 whole weeks dealing with this incompetence and of course she refused to refund my money$75. Georgia is something else!
