Does not indicate that its a 62 years of age minimum

This has to be the most uninformed property that I've experienced even though it indicates that changes can happen a time one would think that the app fee would inform of it's change from $12 to $35 dollars and that in order to qualify you must be 62 years of age and older as it does not indicate it ANYWHERE on the website. This needs to be updated at once.

My experience with this property

I have tried twice, two separate days to get leasing information on this property. Both times, I can’t get in the gate to the office. I left my name and information, no one ever called me back. When I go on line ,” I can’t even get a phone number to call.” If I were rating what I’ve experienced, it wouldn’t even one star.
