Marquis Midtown West

If you want a private, well-maintained apartment community in an excellent area that is convenient to downtown Atlanta but also has the amenities and privacy of a suburb, go to Marquis Midtown West. I love the office staff, and the rent is very reasonable for the quality of the apartments and the perfect location. You are minutes away from some of Atlanta's best restaurants, music, museums, and universities. I love it there!

I lived at this apartment for 4 years straight and plan on returning when I am financially able to. The prices are competitive especially for the large space and great building and apartment features. The property manager KoKo is the best. She took care to know me personally and was always willing to do whatever was needed or requested which is not common in the area for apartment managers to be so invested in their residents. They have a great maintenance policy, the complex is maintained every... week (trees, bushes, grass, etc., always cut and neat), and the management always lets you know when there will be scheduled maintenance. The pool and gym are a little small but the complex itself is not large so the size was suitable. The walls are thick and no smells or sounds are really noticeable. The pipes burst in my building last year during the freeze but there was ample warning (emails and signs) to leave your faucets dripping. They took care of everything though as fast as possible. They have a car wash station, a few coal grills, and doggy bags placed throughout the complex. The overall atmosphere is mostly college/young professionals with a few families here and there.
