    Please Do Not Rent Here!

    Upon move in, there was no way they did an initial cleaning before the next resident (me). The fridge was infested with tiny bugs, which took them about a week to replace. There is mold in the bathroom that is hard to get rid of. The AC does not work and it takes them forever to fix anything, even if you put it at a high priority. This is Atlanta. We need AC! If you have a unit facing the pool, good luck trying to get some peace and quiet, especially if you work from home. The pictures may look… nice, but please do not be fooled.
