We love it here! Going on 3 years. Everyone is so kind and attentive, and you can't beat the area. Our apartment truly feels like home and we have zero complaints except maybe add a few more treadmills :)

Favorite community, wouldn't live anywhere else! Incredible safe, staff is attentive and personable. No high-turnover, I see the same people ALL the time. New faces are added, not replaced. Great if you have a pet, everyone on my floor has a dog! Minimal noise complaints, it's a busy area on weekends but nothing outrageous. SUPER walkable, we walk to the grocery store, movie theatre, and the ATL BELT-LINE at Krog Street. Less than 10 minutes from Ponce City Market, heart of downtown ATL, and... quick highway access whether i20 or 75/85! Happy to call Modera my home!

Great amenities and an awesome staff including the front desk and maintenance team. The apartments have nice layouts and solid appliances, including a gas range (woot woot). It's in a good location and a solid neighborhood. Parking could be better, and yeah, noise and interesting stuff happens because people happen.
