very bad , dirty, complex

I lived her for a year, the worst place I lived in since I moved to Atlanta, maintenance is zerooo, they never fix anything, the maintenance guy is always high, leasing office, only one lady that never answer the phone. roach and bugs are everywhere
drug dealer complex, they smoke weed on the stairs, people have moved to it and moved out after 2 months.
the ceap you pay the cheap you get, and still expensive.
they deserve 0/10

I've lived here for about 6/7 months n COULD NOT ask for a more convenient, clean & SAFE apartment complex at this price & location! Not only is the leasing staff AWESOME, everything is handled with the utmost professionalism & respect! Great for students, the elderly, & people who need to live or work downtown. I love them!

Great location and AAA Management!!!

Since the new company came it has been the best.. Faith the manager is so great and is the best property manager I have ever had. With the improvement in the community this is the best location to move to. Call the office for move in details. Always a move in special.
