Accomodating and fast process with application. Staff solves problems as soon as they can. Some neighbors can be loud (woke up to a couple fighting at 1am once) but overall it's peaceful and quiet

Terrible - No maintenance or leasing office

-5/10 stars. No leasing office. Incompetent maintenance staff. Drug infested units and multiple evictions.

The entire staff was very warm and welcoming. The whole process of becoming a resident was smooth and although the snowy weather threw off our application processing timetable, my family and I were still able to move in at our scheduled time. My apartment was completely ready to move in and anything that needed to be corrected was taken care of immediately. I see why the retention rate is so high.
