Canyon Springs is a great place to live with a lot of amenities, and it’s in a great location.
Ms. Janine and Ms. Tammy, from Property Staff are awesome, caring, very professional and will make you feel at home. It’s my first time living in a highrise and I’ve always felt very safe living here. The location is great also, if you love shopping and eating. If you’re looking for a top notch apartment community to live in, I highly recommend Canyon Springs!

While the apartment staff and security personnel project an image of caring about residents' safety and well-being, my experience suggests otherwise. Despite assurances, there's a noticeable lack of follow-through on safety protocols and genuine concern for residents' welfare. Disappointingly, their actions do not match their words, leading to a sense of distrust and unease among tenants.

If you have children, you should live anywhere else but here. The management is so unprofessional and lazy. I would never recommend this place. I have complained about the noise levels numerous times to the front office and nothing was ever done to address the situation. I have complained about the roaches and other pests in the main hallway. A few have gotten into my apartment. Unacceptable for the amount of money they charge! Please don’t move here! I can’t wait until my leases expires.

I went to tour the property and was greeted by Kristen. She’s great! The amenities is what caught my attention. The property is neat, clean , and feels like a hotel. Theres elevators which is convenient and it’s located in the middle of a shopping center with plenty of restaurants. I will be applying and can’t wait to make this my new home
