lived here for 2 years. would not recommend

Worst thing about this place is the parking situation. Your car will be booted at at least once for sure.

Our parking policies are in place to ensure parking remains available and fair for all residents. Vehicles that are properly registered… and parked in accordance with the community's parking guidelines should not be booted. If residents / prospect follow the parking rules, they should not experience any issues.

If you have questions about the parking policy or believes their vehicle was booted in error, we encourage them to contact the leasing office. We're always happy to help clarify the guidelines and assist with any concerns.

atl student housing

Student housing
been living here for a while, while the property itself has a lot of positives there are some areas that need serious improvement. The building has a beautiful aesthetic, the rooms are spacious, and I’ve always loved having a balcony it really adds to the living experience

However, the management side has been frustrating. Communication is extremely slow, and issues tend to take far too long to get addressed. At one point, some furniture in our unit broke, and resolving it… felt like pulling teeth. There’s also a strong sense that the student housing is run more with profit in mind than resident care, which leaves things feeling disorganized and not very tenant focused.

When I first moved in, everything felt professional and well-run, but over time, that energy has definitely declined. This place could be incredible if the management improved their responsiveness and organization

Love my apartment

Platform is an amazing community that we call home. We have lived here for over a year and was happy to renew our lease. The office staff is top notch and very professional. The amenities and convenience of intown living is priceless. We love it here and I would recommend it to my friend and family.

Parking garage security

The security here is bad, my car was stolen out of the parking garage where I pay to park in every month on my lease. The security is barely around or noticeable it’s really easy to get in and out of the parking garage where people park they’re vehicles thinking it’s a safe place and it’s not.
