Great Choice

Retreat @ Greenbrair. I did some shopping around for different apartments in the area and between the way the staff has treated me and the welcoming of the neighbors, I never want to leave. They have put their best foot forward in making sure I am comfortable in my space and my tiny maintenance requests have been answered quite promptly.

Great place to live

Friendly staff every one has been so nice and respectful whenever I call with any issues it’s always fixed fast! Been here almost 2 years and I have no complaints for the most part it’s quit here move in process was quick and easy

Family friendly

Moving from different states was already hard but the Retreat at Greenbriar had made the process a lot easier for me and my family. They help us enroll with ease. I never experienced anything like this before. I’m just happy to had been here for 2 years and look forward to more.

Definitely recommend

I have moved into these apartments February of 2022.. fairly recent and since day 1, even when searching for apartments, they made it extremely easy to apply and made the process was easy for me. I absolutely dread the moving process, but the wait time from applying to getting approved to moving in was so fast. Special thanks to Chris who always kept me in the loop and was so efficient. Stephanie is also extremely helpful when I had any questions about bills or payment dates, literally anything.… Both of the maintenance men I’ve met were also very polite + helpful. Since I’ve been here, I haven’t had many issues, besides like a leak or something but even still, the maintenance guy would come same day as fix it right away if I did have any issues. The neighborhood on my side is fairly quiet, no issues at all, nice neighbors and the kids play outside almost every day. I was skeptical moving at first bc of the old reviews but I decided to give them a chance since it was under new management and the new managers have been changing small things and it’s been great. As far as I’m concerned, it’s been quiet and I feel safe enough to have my girls playing outside. Even today, they’re out there fixing the road, always cutting down the grass and making it look good. I’m glad I went with this townhouse for sure and plan on staying until I can own my own home. Last thing, the rent is very worth the space. My townhouse is spacious.
