Hood type environment

If you want kids sitting on the hood of your vehicles throwing baseballs & footballs busting your windows and denting your vehicle and leasing office does absolutely nothing about it this is the place for you....Kids playing knock knock on everybody's doors and tenants selling all type of food, drinks and candy which causes heavy loitering around our front doors... And dirty disgusting breezeways

Best management/team

I been living here since 2020 and I have to say Ms. Keisha and Jameson are the best management team! The entire team is the best, work orders are done same day or asap and I love that! I love it here it’s been a good experience.

I was apporve for a two bed room this month and so the process as been pretty good the staff is wonderful Ms. Erin is so nice and helpful even the astt. manager, ill be back in a few months to a yr to give a update.

Make this your last choice....

No peace and quiet inside your own apartment...Walls and ceilings are paper thin...Management is horrible...Looks are very deceiving...Once you get to the back of the apartments it looks like a war zone...They only keep the front area clean....I can’t wait to get out of this lease...Worst apartment I have ever lived in...Don’t Do it!
