Beware of the mold, roaches, creeping fees

24/7 maintenance that was a call to acknowledge that they were not entertaining your concerns until the following business day even when it violated laws and the lease agreement. Endless roaches that you have to make repeated calls for and the pest control service blames mgmt for not following their suggestions. Mold from water damage in surrounding apartments that they cover up because they failed to maintain and properly address the leaks from other apartments. Maintenance and management is a… revolving door. The upkeep of the trash on grounds stop being maintained, and the parking is not viable for entertaining guests. No available spaces for guests parking to entertain in the beautiful, lavish clubhouse. The apartments look great and provide amenities.

LOVE IT

I recently moved into Rutherford glen and all of my experiences so far have been VERY pleasant. My leasing agent, Alaya has been nothing but helpful and sweet. She has gone beyond her duties to make sure I was happy with the apartment. My place is beautiful, modern and cozy. The maintenance person on site has done every job within 24 hours or less with efficiency and grace. I really can’t ask any more of the staff or of the location. Idea spot on the access road and neighbors are fairly quiet.… Proud to say this is home for awhile.

An okay complex!

These apartments are the most reasonably priced in the area if you are looking for quiet and safe. I have lived here for 2 years and have never had any safety concerns.
We are under new management and they are much better than the previous company. The manger and office staff are very helpful. The only downfall is that the maintenance people were more friendly with the other company.
My only advice is not try to avoid the very bottom floor (garden level). The apartments are older and can… get quite humid and cause mold.

Space and Location

This is a great complex if you are looking for spacious apartments that are within a reasonable distance to everything within the perimeter. Updated amenities and lots of closet space!
