Application process was long for me and confusing. Its been disappointing. The 1 beds are too small for an adult, who has alot of clothes or ever had a 2 bedroom. Decorating the 1 bed was a headache, you literally have to measure every piece of furniture because of the half wall and the rules that you can't block the windows. Laundry is located on the street side (the way they built this place is interesting). There's so much land yet no pool or car care, etc. Because there's so much trees and… nature basically there's a ton of bugs, including these gross mega size fly-like things
I keep my place clean and there's a serious spider problem. Little spiders everywhere. Breezeways are gross. The trash compactor is the absolute worse, you have to hoist up heavy bags and try to throw it all the way in the back and you mist use a handle to open it . Then sometimes you are forced to keep trash in your place if its full.ELECTRICAL: my microwave would go out so much when I first moved in. Now every time there's a storm, the power goes out for HOURS, usually after 6pm and on average, won't turn on until 9/10pm. The gates on the breezeways are inconvenient. Hard to get groceries in, furniture, sometimes you have to let ppl in (the kids are fine) but its like no privacy sometimes. Parking in my building can be annoying. Ppl will have their friends save parking spots before the club or the ppl who don't drive or commute to work who haven't moved their cars in MONTHS. They took the spots closest to the door. These ppl could possibly move out and still store their vehicles here if they wanted, no one would know. Ppl getting up early for work or have groceries can't even get close to the door. Yet its all kind of parking on the other side of the building. There was one DV incident where somebody's guy was acting a fool outside, woke ppl early 1 morning and broke glass but I believe those ppl moved out not long after.
Because of the gated Breezeway ppl sometimes yell at ppls windows to get them to open the door. They need a better package delivery system. You just have bigger packages sitting on open shelves in the mail room and have to look through all the packages to find your own. The UNIT: my apartment came with cosmetic damage to the stove that wasnt replaced before I moved in and a rusted shower rod. The kitchen island takes up so much LR space. The drains smell so bad no matter how much I pour fabuloso down them. Read More
