Terrible tour experience
I had a very disappointing experience touring this apartment community. The leasing agent had a poor attitude from the start—rolling his eyes, giving me sass, and acting annoyed the entire time.
He only showed me two units and kept complaining that the property was too large and that his legs were hurting, then told me to look at the rest of the units and amenities on the website. He did not show me the pool, amenities, or much of the property at all.
He was also rude to an existing resident... who simply asked for help during my tour, which made the lack of professionalism even more obvious.
Before I left, he promised to send me information about the other available units, but it has now been four days and I still haven’t received anything. Overall, the tour felt like a waste of time and left me with a very poor impression of the community.

Even if you still decide to call another community home, I would still love for you to see all that Sorelle has to offer and to experience it the way it was intended.
