The Berkshires at Vinings

I’ve been here 2 months and I’m loving it. I would highly recommend. I looked at four apartments on my search and Laz and the team were the final viewing. Until I got to Berkshire, it was a very rough day. My day brightened up when Laz called at 3:30 to confirm our 4:30 appointment. This is a team that most definitely does not use COVID as a means to be rude and impersonable. Kent the manager even helped me through some of the various application issues I had with no complaints.
My only thing is... this is a VERY quiet neighborhood so noise after 11pm is pretty much a NO NO. That is just me being picky and 99% of renters want this.
Maintenance also is very welcoming. They are often seen stopping and checking on residents just to see how you’re doing. They also come fast. I had a problem with my water heater and they were there within 30 minutes. And to clarify they were not just there, but there with a solution.

From bottom to top excellent team and really good prices for the gated community that they offer.

Maintenance comes out the SAME DAY!! Whatever you request prior to move in WILL be taken care of. Easy access to everything. Grocery stores, parks, family events, the battery, main event! Everything. Highly recommend these apartments.
I visited over 50 apartments, had a low budget but ended up going with them because it is worth the price! And they don’t check your credit score. There’s a tennis court and they provide the rackets. A clean pool ALL YEAR ROUND. Yes even during the winter they... keep it clean. Lol
No roaches and if you do see something, say something and they will come out and fix the issue With a smile on their face. They have a gym, volleyball net and two dog parks with trash bags around the neighborhood for the dogs poop. Very quiet and a gate with a key for entry! I wanted a $800 apartment but even those wanted a score even when I offered to double or triple the rent for the first month. As I had the money but student loans really got the best of me. I NEVER right long reviews but when a place wows me like them, I gotta let it be known. Thank you Berkshire for everything !!
Oh and before COVID-19, they also held events.
Such as a valentines event and they had wine and snacks. And everyone just mingled and talked ????

I have eyed this property for over a year. Once my landlord let me know they wanted to sell the house I was renting from them, I immediately thought about this property. The peace and quiet, the community feel, the confidence in the maintainence team, and the overall quality provided in each unit justifies every penny charged. I gladly call this property my home!

only reason im moving is because of rent increase. nice size apartment big rooms and walkin closet.

We've been at the Berkshires since April of 2012 and we love it. The management staff are very friendly and always ready to help. The rare occasions that we've needed maintenance assistance, they came to our unit almost immediately after a request was made. It is a very kid-friendly complex with a small playground and pavilion with a grill. And there are two amazing pools! Also very pet friendly with lots of green space!
