People jump gates and fences all the time to get into the building, try to tailgate you into the parking garage, massive pool parties by non-residents, car break ins, apartment break ins, etc etc. And, they have an app with a community feed, but if you post about how displeased you are with these issues, the delete your posts and say that the feed "isn't for complaining." But if you email them, you don't get a response, and if you call the office, they're dismissive. Fully planned on renewing my... lease, but the issues here have become unacceptable, and I will be leaving as soon as it's up.
