There is a lot to like about Skyhouse. The staff is amazing, the events are good, location is bomb. Are the apartments falling apart? Yeah a lil. The common areas are meh, but honestly, I’d be happy just with some new flooring in my apartment. The carpet should have been replaced when we moved in. Some of the neighbors are a bit much, but I think that’s everywhere. I do recommend, but note that there are quite a few people who like to party. I will also say, you can hear everything in the... hallway, but you can’t hear what’s happening inside you’re neighbors apartment and that’s cool

It was cool. I’ve been here for 3 years. Use to be like a college dorm but the new management turned it around and made this place like a real and respectable apartment complex again.

Office staff friendly and helpful.

My dishwasher has never worked, the bathroom fan never stops and is noisy. The light in the second bedroom's closet has gone out.

I have spent two months in England and have never really settled in since I moved to Atlanta. I plan to use handymen and perhaps Amenify to improve my living standards in 2026
