quality of building and service declining

Quality of life in the past few months have gone completely down. The elevators are always broken and is a major inconvenience. You have to plan to leave early about 10 min just to allow for elevator wait time. Management cannot get the trash situation under control. Most of the building smells like trash almost becoming unbearable. They keep saying they are working on it but nothing changes. The dog owners are very inconsiderate and it is not uncommon to come across waste in the hallways… and elevators. If you decided to have family over it could cost you over $20 per person to park which is crazy considering there only about 30 spots to park as a guest for a whole building. They removed most of the friendly front desk staff and Also a new policy is they will not send your guests or deliveries up to your unit. Now they will not have a concierge during the day so you have to leave your home every time a guest comes or a delivery. The parking garage gates randomly go down which is a huge inconvenience. You pay so much for so many inconveniences but the biggest issue is the trash smell.

There is a lot to like about Skyhouse. The staff is amazing, the events are good, location is bomb. Are the apartments falling apart? Yeah a lil. The common areas are meh, but honestly, I’d be happy just with some new flooring in my apartment. The carpet should have been replaced when we moved in. Some of the neighbors are a bit much, but I think that’s everywhere. I do recommend, but note that there are quite a few people who like to party. I will also say, you can hear everything in the… hallway, but you can’t hear what’s happening inside you’re neighbors apartment and that’s cool
