Horrible Management Staff
The management here is easily some of the most irresponsible and dismissive apartment management I’ve ever dealt with. And due to their negligence, I experienced a serious and completely unacceptable safety issue here and received no response from management after reporting it.
A staff member manually let me into the package room because the pickup system was not working. When I finished retrieving my package and exited, the leasing office had already been locked from both the inside and... outside and all staff had left, leaving me trapped inside with no way out during operating hours.
I almost had to call 911 because the after-hours maintenance line was just an automated AI system with no actual human assistance or clear response. I was only able to get out because my roommate happened to have a personal connection to someone who could reach staff and force them to return and unlock the office.
When I was finally let out, the situation was handled with little to no concern or acknowledgment of how serious it was. I emailed management over a week ago and still have received no response. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable for a residential property.
