Beware Not as it appears!
I am shocked at these reviews and I question whether we live in the same space, because where I’m living everything is constantly broken. Yes the staff is friendly however that does not make up for the lack of care to the building. It’s $100 for a second key fob, however the door locks from the garage into the building are all broken have been since I moved in, so why even given out key fobs. You’re just handing out a false sense of security, because there really isn’t any. No effort has been... made to correct it. Also the security gate to get into the garage is always broken so anyone can easily get in and out without being a resident. There is a complete disregard for resident safety and well-being. There aren’t any cameras installed because that would only make sense so you can see who continues vandalizing the property and hold them accountable. The inspection sign in the elevator says it hasn’t been inspected since 2023. I’m no expert so I can’t say how frequently they need to be inspected but it says expired. They are slum lords. What does the money I each month go towards? I cannot wait for my lease to be up so I can actually find a place that isn’t so broke down.
