The Flats at Atlantic Station is a Student Only apartment community. I been to a couple student apartments. And this is by far my favorite. The price is affordable for college students, and the amenities is great

Location is great. Maintenance is good and efficient. The apartments are spacious. Paying the rent is hard has been.. while it shouldn’t be, because of all the change of platforms etc. hopefully this issue is resolved now.

Genuinely a great place to live. The building is clean and well kept, neighbors are friendly, and the management team responds quickly to maintenance requests. It’s quiet at night, walkable to transit. I feel safe, the amenities are reliable, and the community events make it easy to meet people.
