new ownership as of feb 2021

The management company has owned it since Feb. 12th and just cut the grass on April 19th There has never been so much trash here. if the chief of Code Enforcement had not showed up I think that they grass would have not been cut for a longer period of time. Still waiting on the trash to be taken out. Its been done one time since they have been here. I have bats flying around in my walls keeping me up at night, and lizards, and bugs and a leaking roof that is causing mold. They suck. Period.

Great Management

I moved into my unit in 2018 under the old management, needless to say, a lot of things were promised that took over a month to be seen, then another 3 weeks to be taken care of, after the new management came onto the property in 2019, Immediately, they started to formally meet the tenants, having a sit down conversation with each one, and finding out what needed to be done in, and around their units, I'm greatful and satisfied on the work and kindliness that they have brought to our complex,… within the short period of time that they've been on sight, they have polished a diamond in the rough to an outstanding shine, I'm proud to be able to call Dahlridge my Home.
