Don’t move here!!! No Maintenance

What renovations lol these apartments are horrible the crime is horrible rat’s horrible buildings are boarded up everywhere there is no maintenance my wiring and socket has a shortage in it that’s hazardous and will start a fire which led to Georgia power taking my meter they won’t bring it back until Maintenance or the property has an electrician to fix it. So me and my kids are without power because there is no maintenance they have no money to pay an electrician

DON'T BELIEVE THE REVIEWS.

I was interested in the property and did a drive through as I do with all properties I'm interested in. The complex grounds are deplorable, the buildings look as if they need to be condemned. To many abandon apartments and the ones that aren't abandon look horrible. I believe someone in management is writing these reviews. In one of the pictures it look as if the refrigerator has bullet holes in it. I say always drive through the apartment complex at night and during the day and speak to some of… the residence. I also know some people that have lived out there as well.

Awesome and newly renovated

The property has been newly renovated and is beautiful! I love the staff, they listen to you and fix any problems you have. They're very efficient!
