How Is This Rating Determined?

24 HOUR CONSTRUCTION

Construction going on all throughout the morning and all throughout night. Avoid renting as they are no where near finish. Construction is EXTREMELY loud at night and the M by Radius does nothing to escalate the issue. Yes, they are working on construction right now (12:11 AM) on a Thursday and they don’t stop working on it. I’ve been woken up at 3/4am multiple times on weekdays from this.

Please also know that we will take steps to keep the hallways clean and smelling fresh so you can feel more comfortable in your home.

Awesome and prompt service The maintenance team is was quick to get my ac repaired. I have two small babies so this meant everything to me sense we’re approaching very humid weather.
