I have been here for three weeks and intentionally waited before writing a review so I could get a better sense of the property and overall living experience.

I absolutely love my apartment. The layout and space are exactly what I was looking for, and it has truly felt like home.

That said, there are a few areas that could use improvement. During my first week, I noticed dog waste sitting at the entrance to my floor for an extended period, which was unpleasant and created a poor first... impression.

I have also had several maintenance requests since moving in. On a positive note, the maintenance team has been exceptional. Every request has been addressed promptly and professionally, and I truly appreciate their responsiveness and dedication.

My only significant concern has been my interactions with the leasing office. Whenever I need assistance, I leave feeling as though my questions or concerns are an inconvenience rather than an opportunity to help a resident. Camron has been my leasing agent, and unfortunately, I have not felt particularly welcomed when approaching him. My interactions often leave me with the impression that I am interrupting or bothering him, rather than being valued as a resident.

Overall, I genuinely enjoy living here and love my apartment. I simply hope the level of customer service in the leasing office can better reflect the quality of the property and the excellent work being done by the maintenance team.

New renters and lease renew-ers watch out, you are now forced into their $75 a month internet plan (whether you use it or not) which is only 250 megabits. For perspective, Xfinity had gigabit connections for $55 a month.

This is a shady practice.

When needing as temporary (annual) place to truly live this is the location. Quality grounds, gym, well kept up property. You will not only feel welcomed but invited! This community is a must see and then you will want to stay. Spacious and quiet!

Love it here. Apartments are clean, and secure. Staff is polite and does a great job taking care of the apartments.

Love my apartment! It’s a great space for the price that I’m paying. I have a view of the lake which has ducks, and turtles. My daughter is so amazed by the ducks. Office changed a few time over the last year, but i have no complaints.
