I've dealt with a lot of maintenance over the years, and Ernesto is in a league of his own. He doesn't make excuses, he finds solutions. When he says he'll take care of something, you can stop worrying because it gets done.

The biggest thing that stood out to me wasn't just the quality of the work—it was the trust. I never had to chase him down for updates or wonder if the job would be finished. He communicates, takes ownership, and genuinely cares about the people he's helping.

Ernesto thanks for changing that disgusting filter in the closet that you all only have a key for. And that wasn't even the reason for you coming you just took the initiative to go up and beyond to do something that should have been done over a year ago. So maybe now we can stop sneezing and coughing so much. THANK YOU ERNESTO.

Do not move here. The maintenance staff is the worst. They will cancel your work order and never fix the problem. You will have to go to the office and complain for any small detail. My oven broken and it took them a month to replace it. The emergency number is useless. They turn the water off in the apartment complex every other day to fix leaks but never actually fix anything.

I toured this property with leasing agent Brandon and he was so professional and pleasant to work with! He gave me tons of information that I needed and answered all of my questions. I was apprehensive about renting an apartment but Brandon made me feel like The Stratford was my best option for renting! I really like the pool area and how modern the apartment looks! I am looking forward to renting this summer there, thanks again Brandon you rock!!

I've been in this complex for over a year, not only have the tenants went down the property has went down. Several times I have ask the leasing office to address egregious noise complaints from neighbors that they do not address. The pest control is non existent, the roaches and critters in this neighborhood are out of control. The leasing office keeps the phone off the hook, so they don't have to answer when residents call. The gate is broke on and off, the package room is not secure. This... neighborhood is a bad representation of the Sandy Springs community and should be condemned. The garbage disposal is not lit at night, and is dangerous so I suggest you just let valet take your trash. They allow just anybody to move into the neighborhood, and AirBnb their apartment out. Sorry for the people that work from home, they just allow contractors to bang on your windows with no notice. I want out, I pay to much and can take my money to a community that appreciates its residents, and addresses their concerns in a timely manner. Read More
