Awesome Location

I recently moved into a new apartment and I'm really happy with it :) The location is great, with plenty of nearby shopping spots and restaurants. The apartment itself is spacious and well-maintained as well. Rochelle is always available to help with any issues, which has been a huge plus for me personally

Super Helpful Staff

The new staff have been super helpful and patient with me throughout my move in and the birth of my child. As a single mom, I appreciated their willingness to help me with everything i needed!

Horrible Office Staff

I went by the apartment complex for the first time. I walked into the office and the leasing agent was on the phone. I stood right in front of him for and he never said anything to me. He kept talking on the phone like I wasn’t standing there. After waiting 10 mins I asked him is this where I apply for an apartment at. He rudely & shouted very loud and said: DON’T YOU SEE I’M ON THE PHONE!!! I was taken back by his approach and I said to him. That’s not the way you speak to someone that’s been… standing here waiting on you to acknowledge that I’m standing here. I said I can see you’re having a bad day, but don’t take that out on me. I walked out the door & needless to say that one bad experience was enough for me. I refuse to be mistreated. I can only imagine living there and having to deal with his nasty attitude. He needs to be replaced with office staff that has Customer Service skills. If I was a manager for the complex I would have fired ASAP.
