I would like to commend Tiffany, the young lady in the office. Her demeanor is so pleasant. I have never ever seen her when she had a frown on her face. It helps to make your entrance into the office a pleasant one. She has a beautiful personality. I don't have any comments concerning the community at this time. I have already expressed my opinion on a previous survey. Thank You.

I made my comments in the one above. I have nothing further to add. This is a nice place, and could be even nicer if the residents would cooperate with the management team to try and keep it that way. The building I live in is nothing like some of the others, because we care about where we live.

Theres no need to contact because I have complained several times about the roach issue here but they dont think its serious. I hate my apartment because of the pest issues and the poor upkeep of the apartments. The apartments needs to be recualked and sealed to help with roach issue, new rugs because these old rugs are dirty . When I moved in I took a white and riped the room and it was black. The appliances are old and out of date. They will move someone out and move someone in within a week.… My apartment had bed bugs that I didnt bring, first time learning about them were here. Way too people standing in breeze way smoking and leaving trash. I have to contact the leasing office several times if I want something fixed. Its clear they are about money here. I hate my apartment. When my lease is up, Im out of here. I will have to throw everything away because Im not taking these roaches with me!!! Read More
