After eight years of living here, I can say with complete confidence that this apartment complex is truly exceptional. Choosing to stay this long speaks for itself, but let me explain why.
From the moment I first moved in, the community felt welcoming and well-managed. The grounds are consistently maintained, and it is clear that management takes genuine pride in keeping the property clean, attractive, and functional. Maintenance requests have always… been handled promptly and professionally, which makes a real difference in day-to-day living.
The neighbors are respectful and the overall atmosphere is one of quiet, comfortable community living. I have always felt safe here, and that sense of security is something I do not take for granted.
Over eight years, I have watched this complex continue to improve rather than decline, which is a testament to the dedication of the management and staff. Any concerns I have raised over the years have been met with attentiveness and a genuine desire to resolve them.

Excellent leasing and maintenance team. Located in uptown Atlanta. They manage what us reasonably within their control, with care and consideration. Resident of 2 years. The entire on-site staff make Tuscany an inner city sanctuary.

I moved here in 2019. There have been a few changes in office staff during this time. However, the current staff is friendly and attentive. The maintenance staff is awesome! I like this property overall for the good location and my building is relatively quiet as I work from home. Any disturbances are quickly addressed to keep our community safe. I enjoy the amenities and close proximity to many locations. Most likely, I will continue to rent here until I decide to purchase or relocate.

Cons- When we moved in, the apartment was nasty; mold all over every windowsill, dirty carpet, pest issues, and it smelled terrible. I wish I had more pictures for proof, because now that we are moving out, they are charging 1000$ for damages for "scratches on the stove", carpet damage, and somehow they used $200 worth of paint to patch up a few nail holes. This is extra infuriating considering some of the issues we put up with there: our washing machine broke and the apartment flooded, the A/C… broke numerous times, terrible ventilation causing mold to build up no matter how many times you clean it etc. The pool is nice if you can find somewhere to sit that doesn't have blunt wraps or empty cans laying on the chair. It's also a pretty dangerous area, multiple people have been killed within a quarter-mile of the apartment in just the last few months (look it up).
