Most amazing community and location

Canton Mill Lofts has been an amazing place to live! The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a great community atmosphere.

A special thank you to Erica, the leasing agent, and Zuly, the Community Manager. Both have been incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely caring throughout my experience. They go above and beyond to make residents feel welcomed and valued.

I highly recommend Canton Mill Lofts to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

Save yourself the headache

I lived here for almost a year and half. In that time my apartment smelled of weed everyday, and not just a little, it smelled so bad that my friends who do smoke weed were offended. My apartment flooded all the time and debris would fall from my ceiling. I had mold in the walls when they finally came to fix it. I had to live for two months in a work zone. They said they would allow me to move apartments but I would have to resign a lease! Now let’s talk about the pets, people walk their dogs... and don’t pick up after them, There is the free pets, roaches. Roaches everywhere. No matter how clean you are they come from the neighbors. The trash compactor is always overflowing crating a nuisance and the gate never works. I could go on, but you get it. I spent a lot of money to live there and be ignored about my safety concerns and apartment concerns.

Fun property

Love all of the floor plans! Lived here over 3 years and it always wows guests when I have them over.

Roach and Mold Infestations

Currently there is Mold growing within 3 different apartments that we know of personally. B114 has a severe Roach issue along with other units as well. Highly recommend taking your $$ elsewhere and getting a better experience.
