I love it here!

I’ve lived at vinings RiverVue for a few years now and have had an amazing experience! The office and maintenance staff are super responsive. Sonia is the absolute best!! As someone who also works in property management I wish I could clone her and bring her to other properties. I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else!

Ive been living at River vue for a year without any problems. I decided to transition into a one bedroom with the assistance by Ms. Sonia. The paper work and information was well explained.

Definitely a future location for me

I’m moving to Atlanta for work soon, and I was recommended by a friend to check this property out. I’ve never been more impressed by an apartment complex and its staff. Sonia made the touring experience worthwhile and she is extremely knowledgeable about both the area and the community. 12/10!!!

First Communities does not care about its residents

Would give this complex zero stars if I could. I'm relieved to have left the property. I lived in multiple units since 2007 and never had a poor experience until First Communities took over.
