Once was good, but has gone downhill

This place has become a joke. If you want to deal with gnat infestations, elevators that are broke way more than they actually work, and apartments that have painted over mold and poor upkeep, then this is the place for you. Prior to the pandemic they were a good place to live but now with the overworked maintenance team and lack of care from the front office and owners this place is truly sad. Hence the reason they are cheap for the area and always have a lot of availability.

Complex Not Well Kept

The fruit flies in these apartments are unbearable! We don’t keep trash in our unit and maintain cleanliness everyday! But no matter what we do and no matter the season (even during the winter), we have been constantly fighting fruit flies for months! Management has no viable solution and it seems like the fruit flies are coming through the vents. It is unbearable living here and on top of that, the constant weed smoke from neighbors will give you a constant contact high…so BEWARE!!!

This is my third year here and have enjoyed my experience overall. Atoyia is the best property manager! She is the reason I gave Windsor Brookhaven a chance and have not regretted it. My son and I feel safe here and love the community events we have…we are a family!
