Parc at Flowing Wells Apartment Homes

This is not a luxury apartment. It's a regular smegular apartment with amenities that they charge you for. No matter how many time you complain about the same thing they don't respond. They have valet trash, bikes you can ride around in, a pool, dog parks.And you pay for all of that outside of your base rent. I specifically asked to be put in a quiet area if possible. The lady that was showing me around told me no problem. This apartment is quiet.. I think we have different ideas of quiet. The... people upstairs are so loud. They have a dog that barks all the time. It's the exact opposite of we I asked for and was told I was being given. I've written complaints, since they have "quiet hours" that are ignored by the people above me, and I've complained since the 2nd day of living here and I even recorded the amount of noise and sent it with the emails, no response, and as I write this it sounds like they are bowling upstairs. The walls are paper thin. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. This is not luxury living at all. I'm sure the projects are quieter than this place. I told them that 2 months ago, I was told they would fix it. It's still not fixed. Between the bugs, the fruit flies that come out of the sink from an infestation (that's what was said to me) it's just not giving... It's not worth the money at all. And when I called corporate, they didn't call me back they just forwarded the message back to the useless manager Kevin who clearly hates to have to get up and do anything job related. Then the lady from corporate stopped responding. Overall I would give this place a 1 rating out of 10. I'm sure you can find somewhere else, when my lease ends that's exactly what I will be doing. Oh and management don't bother with the reply saying I'm sorry you're having these issues blah blah blah. I would not recommend moving here. The "gated community" is a lie. 1 side of the entrance you use your clicker thing that opens the gate, the other side the gate is still broken. Doesn't open or close allowing whoever to come in the apartment complex. Like I said, it's not worth the money or the aggravation.Ohhh and I forgot to add that the "cleaners" they use when the last people moved out is a joke. My bathroom was just gross. My bathtub was not clean, it actually had a dead bug in it. The kitchen shelves are not secure at all. And the compactor is always overflowing. So there's no way to even put you to trash out there. We are new residents (three weeks) of the Parc at Flowing Wells apartments. When we toured the community a few months ago, we were very pleased with the professionalism of the leasing staff, the amenities and the overall appearance of the community. However, on moving day three weeks ago, we were horrified by the appearance of the stairwells and breezeway of our building (2516). Both were stained and filled with debris and bugs. The damage to the breezeway is well beyond just pressure treatment... . They need to be repaired, retreated and repainted.

Exit signs were broken and light fixture covers were dangling. These could be possible safety concerns.
This was not a warm welcome to our new home. If these observations had been seen during the tour, we would NOT have chosen The Parc as our home. This is not what we want to see each time we enter our home. It’s also embarrassing to welcome guests. We have a few other observations that are listed below with pictures/videos as evidence.

The microwave control panel was broken prior to move in (please see video). Maintenance checked the microwave and confirmed that the panel is broken. However, we were informed by maintenance and management that the microwave cannot be replaced because it is still functioning.

The front door threshold needs to be repaired and the weatherstripping is rotted. Maintenance said that they will order a replacement; however, they are unsure when it will be received. We observed cockroaches crawling inside from underneath the front door. We purchased and installed weatherstripping from a home improvement store to keep bugs from crawling in.
Lastly, we bought into the amenity of the safety and security of a gated community. However, both front and rear access points have been broken since we moved in.

In conclusion, we would like to see The Parc live up to its advertising potential as a gated Luxury Apartment community. It is our sincere hope that the issues discussed will be addressed and used as a learning opportunity to improve the quality of life at The Parc and make it a place that residents will be proud to call home.

Gates are broken. No security. Loud music all hours of the night and nothing’s done about it. Filthy. Silver bugs, roaches. Management simply does not care. Agree with the other commentator about “slow torture.” Don’t do it.

We moved here less than a month ago. The day we moved in our dish washer did not work, our dryer was taking 4 rounds to dry a small load of clothes. The sink has mold coated in the hose. The ice dispenser spits out either black mold or something green looking. All the kitchen drawers were covered in the previous tenants food and crumbs, the bathroom drawers had the previous tenants hair everywhere. The fridge is missing a drawer. Since putting in multiple maintenance requests the only thing to... be fixed is the dish washer. We have put in 3 maintenance requests for the dryer and talked to the office in person twice...still nothing. The front office people are not easy to get ahold of unless you physically go Into the office. So I love these apartments, super clean, never seen a single pest, I feel safe here and It makes me happy to see people walking their dogs around. I also love that they allow up to 3 pets!

The only downside to these apartment is the only internet service provider her is called WOW! internet. It is not an option for me- some say its possibly the worst internet provider that exists. I use my mobile hotspot instead, but I can only get so much data. How am I supposed to game without internet?... Upload pictures and download files? They do have an internet cafe at the office, (which by the way there is also an amazing little gym area, office are with a printer and other amenities.)but It is WOW internet because thats all that is out here, so It's not that helpful. I want to buy a nice high quality gaming PC but f I don't have internet to play and download games what the point? I live alone, I need something to do for fun other than watch netflix all the time.

Anyway, If you are a gamer, beware of renting here but if you dont care about internet a whole lot this place is amazing. Especially if you have animals. The employees who work here are also 100% professional, so helpful and kind.
