Reserve at 1508 Apartments

The rent does not reflect the property. Remember you get what you pay for. Things do not get fixed here. They get patched over. The rent continues to go up but nothing gets remodeled or fixed to reflect the increase. I work the third shift and when I come home the parking lot is usually full especially on the weekends. I have to park in the next set of apartments behind where I live. I don't know where the assigned parking is but is isn't at the Wylds Woods Apartments I live in. The children... that live here are out of control. When I come home at night I usually find rocks, ripped paper and other items thrown on the stairwell. Several of the adults here witnessed some of the children throwing rocks inside the air conditioning vents outside the apartments. I told some of the kids I was going to report them and they ran to a different set of apartments. There isn't any oversight for the children and the damage they do. I'm still waiting on screens for my windows and my front door frame to be repaired and I moved in a year ago. The only comforting thing about Wylds Woods is my neighbors are good, hard working people and I feel comfortable living around them. After a year I've had all I can take. Read More
