Shadowood Apartments

The Shadowood Apartments staff is superb. The manager enforces the policies and procedures, keeping out the non sense, not allowing the uncaring to destroy our community. That takes courage and commitment. I really appreciate it. Because I see how some of these young and old disrespectful people behave. Thanks Ms. Word for all you do for us!

These are great low cost apartments in a good area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others."

Property is exceptionally well managed. The Property Manager is very courteous, responsive and a complete professional. The maintenance staff always address residents in a timely and efficient manner. The property is older but the environment is safe, clean and a lovely place to call home.
