Trina was a great lease agent was very lovely. Only problem I have with the breezeway is very dirty and need to be pressed pressure wash and the kids is ride scooters and bicycles in the breezeway. And it’s a lot traffic walking at the nighttime and bulging 1700

Ms. Annette is the best!

For the 2nd time this year, my air unit went out. I stopped in the office to repost it on Saturday. Followed up on Monday and spoke to Ms.Annette about it. It was fixed on Wednesday by Jerrod, the supervisor of maintenance. Ms. Annette's follow through is awesome. She called twice to make sure it was completed and working. Thank you for always being Top Tier!

Great place to live!

Birch Landing Apartments truly stands out with its unique, spacious floor plans and thoughtfully designed community. The indoor pool and fitness center add a luxury feel that’s hard to find. Service/Maintenance

I’ve been living here for a few weeks and recently had a water leak from the unit above. The team responded quickly. Annette gave daily updates and checked in, Jay went above and beyond, and OB and Joseph handled repairs professionally. Great service from the Birch Landing team!
