In my experience, I sought them out and my request was granted. They a nice community with nice staff. They represent in my opinion the ethos of Cobb especially but Greater Atlanta itself, which people of various ethnicities, racial makeups, and various backgrounds. I believe it’s important to be thankful for options which they have via various amenities and floor plans

Been living there over 10 years Great neighbors. Great location The stupid thing is when they bought the apartment complex next door and named them the same. I have had plenty of things be delivered to the wrong side.

Nice environment friendly people great amenities.I love the location where everything is within.A 5 mile radius restaurants in places.I would like to visit a nice playground.A nice swimming pool a nice dog park.

They don’t fix anything my apartment had a leak in the ceiling on August 21 and walked up to the office to report it and took pictures of the mildew and it took them 7 days to send maintenance to look at it and all he did was spray it down with mildew stuff . My rug is still a little damp they did not put fans out I still have bubbles in my ceiling as of today the maintenance Nan said he will be back that was a Thursday and today is Monday and so far no one he told me water was in the light... bulb in the clothes closet he did not take it down soma one else did so yes I’m very disappointed my allergies has had me miserable and my head has need hurting due to this it is now September 1, and it’s still going on
