Very helpful. I got burned out my previous apartment and Chroma Park was so considerate and compassionate. They gave me resources and a bedroom set that was left behind.

I like the community however there are few things that could be better like the trash pickup and the mailboxes that some are broken or very damaged and does not close properly. There should be cameras in that area to prevent people taking mail that is not theirs (federal offense).

We understand how important reliable trash pickup and secure, well maintained... mailboxes are to our residents. We are actively reviewing the trash service to address consistency issues, and we have noted the damaged and broken mailboxes so they can be inspected and repaired or replaced as needed.
Your concern about mail security is absolutely valid. We take this matter seriously and are evaluating additional measures, including the potential installation of cameras in the mailbox area, to help deter theft and protect residents’ mail.

It's nice and quiet. A couple of cockroaches here and there but understand that any apartment at this price range is going to struggle. Charles was a very helpful and kind throughout the leasing process

It’s going well overall it may be some minor things that needed to be fixed but they’re gonna fix it. I love my apartment.my apartment is so big like a house

I have been living here a few years and have had nothing but great experiences. I love the community activities and how they love on the children. They get snacks every Friday when they get off the bus, and they have activities for them during holidays to socialize with each other. No place is perfect, but the effort is definitely real.......
