They don’t fix anything my apartment had a leak in the ceiling on August 21 and walked up to the office to report it and took pictures of the mildew and it took them 7 days to send maintenance to look at it and all he did was spray it down with mildew stuff . My rug is still a little damp they did not put fans out I still have bubbles in my ceiling as of today the maintenance Nan said he will be back that was a Thursday and today is Monday and so far no one he told me water was in the light... bulb in the clothes closet he did not take it down soma one else did so yes I’m very disappointed my allergies has had me miserable and my head has need hurting due to this it is now September 1, and it’s still going on
