It’s been going ok so far , had a couple bumps here recently but the complex has solved MOST of my issues in a timely manner . I would like a little more communication on a couple things like Valet Trash .

I like the community however there are few things that could be better like the trash pickup and the mailboxes that some are broken or very damaged and does not close properly. There should be cameras in that area to prevent people taking mail that is not theirs (federal offense).

We understand how important reliable trash pickup and secure, well maintained… mailboxes are to our residents. We are actively reviewing the trash service to address consistency issues, and we have noted the damaged and broken mailboxes so they can be inspected and repaired or replaced as needed.
Your concern about mail security is absolutely valid. We take this matter seriously and are evaluating additional measures, including the potential installation of cameras in the mailbox area, to help deter theft and protect residents’ mail.
