Way better than it used to be

I’ve lived here for over 10 years and the location is getting better. The maintenance guy is great and comes every time I call. There have been several changes made to the property and I love it! Now I feel like I’m getting my monies worth. The new ladies Savoy and Sylvia have been great.

New Management Should be a good thing

Under New Management which after reading the reviews, I thought was a great thing. However, I was set to move in one day however that got pushed back a week because of GA Power at least that's what I was told. When I did get the keys there was still work being done in my unit. I moved in a few of my items and returned a day later to finish. When I returned My front door and sliding door were both left wide open and the unit was leaking and flooded downstairs.

Great Rates

This community was what I was looking for. Keela the leasing agent and the manager Darwin made me feel so special they made sure communication was clear and they helped me with the process this team was great

AWESOME TEAM

The Property Manager was great! I am not from the Georgia area just. Darrius was so helpful on a LOT of levels. The application process easy just waiting on my move in on Friday. The property looks well taken care of.

Roach Infested

I lived here when it was Riverside Townhomes. I started getting roaches really bad when the spring came (1st year). They came and sprayed repeatedly but to no avail. I pulled out the washer and boom, roach traps THAT WERE OLD! So apparently it was an ongoing issue. They didn’t even have the decency to remove the old tenants roach traps. I stayed for one year and moved!
