A Good Place To Live
I have been living at Summer Park Apartments for almost two month's now. The staff was incredibly helpful working me through the application process and making sure I had everything I needed for this out of state move. The apartment is lovely and although we had an ant problem and a leak within the first month both were taken care of.
Although this apartment can be pricey with water, electric, and other utilities falling on the renter to pay. It is a good location right near the mall (although... this does mean a little more traffic to deal with when getting into or out of the apartments).
I'm rather happy here and hope to stay for a long time to come.

Great apartment
The pool is awesome. Neighbors recently could use a little more screening. Over all a clean and safe place to live for the Atlanta area.
