Roach Infested without Pest Control

Literally roaches coming from outlets and light fixtures!! BUYER BEWARE!!

Honestly stay away

This apartment complex is a disaster. Either the trash area is so over full you have to leave your trash on the road and side walk area or it is roped off and they have a roll away off to the side.
Good luck getting a call back if you need something from the office. Good luck showing up because they never answer a call, because the doors will probably be locked during "office hours"
Matinence is a joke. If you need something fixed you are better off doing it yourself. We have had to multiple… times.
The neighbors themselves are okay, if you don't milk people pulling the fire alarm at 2am. Or setting their patio or a chair on fire.
The screaming people that are usually having a BBQ once a week outside are great if you love singing from strangers at all hours.
The parking lot is a disaster if you drive anything other than a tiny vehicle.
I have literally stepping in dog poop so many more times than I care to recount. On steps. In the parking lot. Everywhere.
Do yourself a solid and don't move here, unless you want to have your rent raised 2x per year.

Our Apartment is Great

MY husband and i have been living here for almost 7 years.We have had minimal issues here.The office staff are great and helpful with any issues we have brought to there attention.What i will say is read your lease know the rules and follow them.Keep your area clean and report problem,or people who are not following the rules.Doing so will make our complex a better place to live.Office staff don"t make the rules they follow them too.Bonnie the office Manager is great and we love her.Thanks The… Jones

Laurels of Greenwood

The apartment is inexpensive, clean, and comfortable. Clean child play area and community pool. This apartment is also pet friendly.
