After living here a few years I can say as long as you take care of your space and pay your rent on time they take excellent care of your maintenance requests. The homes could use a bit of updating but with renting you learn you aren’t going to have the best of the best. The lease requirements make it feel like a safe space to live and any issues will get taken care of. The property manager is nice and always on top of things. I stayed there three years, there are few amenities-no pool, no playground, no pets just a parking lot with inadequate parking
The stairs are dangerously narrow and the water pressure is poor.
The inspections every three months are a pain in the rear, it creates an air of paranoia
They punish loyalty by going up on your rent EVERY leasing period
And it is guaranteed they will screw you out of your security deposit
I will never ever again rent or recommend this complex or company

Property manager is so nice. Anytime we have a problem or need something fixed he is in touch with us by the next day and has the situation fixed! Very nice and clean apartments. Can’t hear your neighbors, I forget we live right next to people all the time. 10/10. We will be renewing our lease!

I hate this place I was late on one payment because I wrote a check for the wrong account once I noticed the payments I called and made the payment right away they gave me a negative report when applying for a home I hate this place I can’t wait to move. I hate I stayed I should have let like everyone else
