First Apartment

This is my first time living in an apartment and the staff has been so helpful and on top of everything. They’re easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. Very great full to have found such a nice place on my first try!

It’s aight

Some of the appliances in the apartment were janky and needed fixing when first moving in but the maintenance man got to it at a relatively fast time period. Landscaping is always done and the trash is rarely full. They do have limited WiFi options I’ve asked around and for some reason the building only allows wow internet which is god awful. All in all not the worst place I’ve stayed in for a pretty decent price.

Wonderful Apartment Complex

Love staying at Winthrop. It’s great having a property management team so active and involved with keeping the neighborhood clean and safe. Very peaceful and quiet here.- J

Nice Quaint Apartment

Been living here for a little over a year. Love the layout and location of the complex. Megan is a great complex manager as well !
